Elizabeth Monarch was beyond wonderful and helpful. She met with us, viewed our house and listened to us give her information about our home. She had researched comparable homes in our subdivision before she arrived. We wanted to list the home for more than any other home in our subdivision had sold for and she agreed to give it a try. Well, it sold the first day at full price. Elizabeth helped these senior citizens with all the “stuff” involved in selling and closing the house. I don’t know what we would have done without her.
